At the initiative of the Netherlands Drug Policy Foundation, a working group was set up in 1999 to see whether a pilot project on the regulation of XTC, cocaine and amphetamines could be carried out. Unfortunately, the outcome is that, at least for now, such a project does not seem feasible.
